Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, find any items that you wish to buy and press the "Add To Cart" button next to them. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Our credit card payments are handled through RBS Worldpay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo, JCB, Eurocard and Visa Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you are from anywhere outside of the UK then you will need to call us to make your order payment and agree shipping charges.

Shipping And Handling

For orders of £50.00 and over delivery to Mainland UK is FREE. There is a charge of £7.95 for orders under £50.00 to cover postage and packing.

A small surcharge is applied for shipments to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish islands - please call for details. We are very happy to ship outside the UK - please call for quote.

Delivery Schedule

Almost all of our equipment is in stock and will be dispatched within 3 working days.

If you require a more urgent delivery please contact our office on 01638 667994 and we will endeavour to fulfill your requirements.

Back Orders

If for some reason when orders are received we have a zero stock level and a delay on delivery is anticipated of more than 7 working days we will notify you prior to processing your order.

Tax Charges

All prices displayed or quoted will be subject to VAT at the current rate.

Credit Card Security

All credit card details are transmitted securely to RBS Worldpay and are not communicated to KB Catering Ltd.

RBS WorldPay is the payment processing business of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, one of the largest banks in the world.


We guarantee your satisfaction. All machinery carries a minimum of 12 months parts and labour warranty except where displayed with special warranties. All parts and spares carry a 3 month warranty.

Exceptions regarding warranty claims are :

A) Misuse of equipment

B) Improperly maintained

C) Incorrectly installed

Under these circumstances there will be a charge made to repair all equipment.

K.B. Catering Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

If you find that the goods are not required, incorrect or a mistake was made when ordered please return the goods in the original packaging and a refund will be made less a restocking charge of 25%, no postal charges will be refunded. This will not affect your statutory rights.
