The Prodis PA1074OD mobile servery comes with 4 x 1/3 Gastonorm pans. The bain marie and hot cupboard have independent controls adding to the versatility of this unit. The servery can also be supplied with optional overhead infrared gantry with sneeze guard and an optional trayslide allowing the cabinet to be used in a multitude of situations. It is supplied with castors as standard (2 lockable), a push bar and plug park to allow the unit to be easily moved. The hot cupboard is supplied with two chrome shelves to hold plates or plated meals at temperature.
